# AI ad that only uses true claims from your page

> Every claim SingingAds sings is copied from words on your product page. Unbacked lines are dropped, and health, money and comparison claims are flagged.

# Claim substantiation built in: a singing ad that only says what your page backs up

SingingAds builds every sung claim from words copied off your product page. If the writer reaches for a benefit the page does not state, that line is dropped and you are told, and health, money, result or comparison claims are flagged for you to check. You paste the page, approve the brief and lyrics, and only then get a 9:16 video ad and the song.

Paste your product page. SingingAds writes a jingle about it, sings it and cuts a vertical video ad, using only claims your page makes.

From $15 for one ad, or $29 a month for about 4 thirty-second video ads. Made with AI; you approve every word before anything is sung.

## Why AI-written ads are a compliance risk

Writing models fill gaps with whatever sounds like an ad: "clinically proven", "lasts twice as long", "dermatologist approved", a sale that ended last month. On a landing page that is a problem. Sung in a catchy chorus and pushed to thousands of people, it is a bigger one.

The FTC's advertising guide for small businesses says ads must be truthful and not deceptive, and that advertisers need evidence to back up their claims. A tool that invents a claim hands you a claim you have no evidence for.

## How the claim check works

- The brief lists each claim next to the exact words on your page that back it.
- If those words are not on the page, the claim is left out and the brief tells you how many were dropped.
- Reviews, ratings, prices and promises that are not on your page are never added.
- Any claim about health, money, results or comparisons is flagged so you can decide whether you can prove it.
- Lyrics are written from the kept claims only, one benefit per line.

The same rule holds when there is no page and you describe the product yourself: only what you typed gets sung. See how the page is read on [product page to video ad](https://singingads.com/features/product-page-to-video-ad).

## What a page match does not prove

Be clear about the limit. The check confirms your page says something; it does not confirm the thing is true. If your page says "lasts 40 hours", the ad can sing it, and you still need the test data behind it. If your page has an old claim nobody has checked in two years, the ad will happily sing that too.

So the check is a guardrail against invention, not a legal review. You are responsible for the claims your ad makes. Categories with strict claim rules, like [skincare brands](https://singingads.com/for/skincare-brands), need extra care.

## Tidy the page before you run the ad

- Take down expired sale banners and countdowns; the brief reads the visible text.
- Put conditions next to the offer they qualify, such as a minimum order for a shipping deal.
- Move benefits out of images and into text if you want them sung.
- Remove claims you cannot back. A sung claim spreads further than a line in a product description.

## Your edits, your responsibility

You can edit the brief and the claims before anything is made. If you add a claim by hand that your page does not make, SingingAds will not stop you, because sometimes the page is simply behind. Just know the burden of proof moved to you when you typed it. A good habit: if a claim is worth singing, update the product page first, then paste it again. That keeps the ad and the page saying the same thing, which is what a buyer who clicks through expects. Tips for writing claim lines that sing well are on the lyrics writer page.

## Illustrative example: claims kept and dropped

**Product:** Fernhollow Trail Socks, from a fictional outdoor shop. The page says "merino wool blend", "cushioned heel and toe", "machine washable" and "tested for 1,000 trail miles".

**Kept:** merino blend; cushioned heel and toe; machine washable.

**Kept and flagged:** "tested for 1,000 trail miles", a result claim. Have the test notes ready.

**Dropped:** "blister-proof" and "warmer than cotton". Neither phrase is on the page, and the second is a comparison.

**Lyrics line that made it:** "Merino on the climb, soft heel on the way down."

## What it can’t do

- It checks your claims against your page, not against the facts; proof is still yours to hold.
- It cannot see claims that exist only inside images.
- The flags are a prompt to check, not legal advice.

## What it costs

From $15 for one ad, or $29 a month for about 4 thirty-second video ads. A jingle take costs 4 credits; a typical 30-second video ad about 26. There is no free tier and no free sample.

## Questions

**Can I add a claim my page does not make?**

Yes, you can edit the claims before anything is made. If you do, you are vouching for it, so the safer move is to put it on the page first.

**Will it add customer reviews or star ratings?**

No. It never adds reviews, ratings, prices or promises that are not on your page.

**What happens to the price on my page?**

The page price can appear in the ad, on the offer card or in a lyric. If the page shows no price, no price is sung. Check it is still current before the ad runs.

**Does it catch comparison claims against competitors?**

It flags comparison claims so you can check you have proof. Naming a competitor in a sung line is a risk on its own, so keep it out of your edits too.

**Is this the same as a legal review?**

No. It stops invented claims and points out risky ones. For regulated products such as supplements or financial services, have a qualified person read the final ad.
