# Terms of service

*Last updated 17 October 2026*

**In short.** SingingAds turns a product page into a short singing video ad. You buy credits, either with a monthly plan or in a one-time pack. Failed steps give their credits back automatically. You may use what you make commercially, worldwide, with no royalties. You are responsible for the product you advertise, the claims your ad makes and where you run it. This summary is a reading aid; the numbered sections below are the binding terms.

## 1. Who we are

SingingAds is operated by RNIFY Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16749515, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. "SingingAds" is a trading name of RNIFY Limited. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean RNIFY Limited, and "you" means the person or business that holds the account.

You can reach us through the [contact form](https://singingads.com/contact).

## 2. These terms and the other documents

These terms are the contract between you and us. You accept them when you create an account. We record the version you accepted and when.

The [acceptable use policy](https://singingads.com/acceptable-use) and the [refund and cancellation policy](https://singingads.com/refunds) are part of this contract. The [privacy notice](https://singingads.com/privacy), the [AI disclosure](https://singingads.com/ai-disclosure) and the [cookies page](https://singingads.com/cookies) are information: they explain what we do, and accepting these terms is not consent to anything in them. Where we need your consent, we ask for it separately.

The contract is in English. Please save or print a copy; we do not file a separate copy for each customer.

## 3. What SingingAds does

You give SingingAds the address of a product page, or describe the product if it has no page. SingingAds reads the page, writes a short brief and jingle lyrics from what the page says, sings the jingle with an AI voice, makes a storyboard in the look you pick (realistic or animated) with your product in frame, animates the shots you choose and cuts a vertical video with captions. You can edit the brief, the claims, the lyrics and how the brand name is sung before anything is made. You download the video as an MP4 and the song as an audio file.

SingingAds is a tool. It does not post, buy or manage ads for you, and it is not an advertising agency or a legal adviser.

## 4. Your account

- You must be 18 or over to use SingingAds. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business to these terms.

- An account is for one person or one business. Do not share, sell or transfer it, and do not open extra accounts to get around limits or our decisions.

- Keep your details accurate and your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us at once through the [contact form](https://singingads.com/contact) if someone else has used it.

- To protect accounts we limit sign-in attempts, refuse passwords that appear in known data breaches, may refuse throwaway email addresses and may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check. The [privacy notice](https://singingads.com/privacy) says what these checks record.

## 5. Credits, plans and packs

Everything in SingingAds is paid for in credits. A jingle take costs 4 credits, whatever its length. Drawing the storyboard, redrawing a frame and animating shots cost credits too, depending on how many frames and seconds you make. The app shows the cost of each step before you confirm it, and that figure applies. Writing and rewriting the brief and lyrics costs no credits, within fair daily limits.

There are two ways to buy credits:

- **Monthly plans** (Starter, Growth, Agency). A plan adds its credits at the start of each monthly billing period and renews every month until you cancel.

- **One-time credit packs** (One ad (40 credits) and Five ads (180 credits)). A pack is a single payment. Nothing renews.

**How credits are spent and kept.**

- Plan credits are spent before pack credits.

- Unused plan credits carry over to the next month, up to one month's worth of that plan's credits. Anything above that lapses at the renewal.

- Plan credits end when the plan ends. If you cancel, you keep them until the end of the period you paid for.

- Pack credits never expire. They stay usable whether or not you have a plan. They end only if your account is deleted or closed.

- Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, except as a refund under these terms, the refund policy or the law.

**Prices.** Prices are in US dollars. The [pricing page](https://singingads.com/pricing) and the checkout show the plan or pack, the price and the credits before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank may convert the amount into your own currency and charge its own fees. We may change prices and credit amounts for future purchases. If you have a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

## 6. Payment, renewal and cancelling

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

A plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly period, at the price then in force for your plan, until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we tell you and Stripe tries the card again. If the payment still fails, we may end the plan.

**Cancelling takes two clicks.** Go to Billing in your account, choose "Cancel plan" and confirm. You never need to phone or email us to cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for. Pack credits are not affected.

A pack is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.

## 7. Your 14-day right to cancel, and when it ends

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. In the UK this comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We apply the same 14-day rule to business customers as a matter of policy.

Credits are digital content, and SingingAds supplies it the moment you pay. Before you pay, the checkout asks you to confirm two things: that you want supply to start immediately, and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once you use a credit from that purchase (regulation 37 of those Regulations). So:

- if you cancel within 14 days and have used no credit from that purchase, we refund the purchase in full;

- once you have used a credit from a purchase, the 14-day right to cancel has ended for that purchase and no refund of it is due under that right;

- a monthly renewal does not start a new 14-day period, unless the law where you live says it does.

Because plan credits are spent first, credits from a pack are used only after your plan credits run out. A credit that comes back after a failed step (section 8) does not count as used. The [refund and cancellation policy](https://singingads.com/refunds) explains this with examples and has a model cancellation form. None of this affects your rights if something we supply is faulty (section 19).

## 8. Failed steps refund their credits automatically

If a step fails (for example a song, a frame, a clip or the final render is refused by a model provider, returns an error or does not finish in time), every credit that step took comes back to the balance it came from. You do not need to ask. The app shows the refund in your credit history.

A result you do not like is not a failure: credits pay for the work, not for a particular result. You can rewrite the brief and lyrics for free and make another take. If a file is faulty, for example silent, cut short or unplayable, tell us through the [contact form](https://singingads.com/contact) and we will return the credits or make it again.

## 9. What you give us, and our license to process it

What you bring to SingingAds stays yours: the product page address, product descriptions, photos, logos, brand names, offers, edits and any other text or files you provide ("your inputs").

When you submit a product page, SingingAds fetches that public page from the internet and reads its text, price and images. To make the proof shot in the video, it may also open the page in a browser and take a screenshot of it. Submit only pages that you own or that you have the right to use in this way.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt and transmit your inputs and your outputs, only to provide, secure and support the service for you. That includes sending them to the providers that carry out each step (listed in the [privacy notice](https://singingads.com/privacy)). The license ends when you delete the ad or your account, except for copies we must keep for a complaint, a legal claim or the law.

We may use operational logs (for example which step ran, how long it took, what it cost, whether it failed and why) to run and improve the service. We do not sell your ads, inputs or outputs, we do not train AI models on them, and we do not let our providers train on them where we can choose. We do not use or show your ads as examples or in marketing unless you give us permission for that ad.

## 10. Your responsibilities for the product, the page and the claims

You are the advertiser. Each time you make an ad, you confirm and promise that:

- you own the product, or have the right to advertise it;

- you own the page and the material you submit (text, images, logos, brand names), or have permission to use them in an ad;

- every claim in your ad is true, and you hold the evidence for it before the ad runs, including claims copied from your page;

- you will follow the advertising and consumer protection laws that apply where the ad runs, for example the FTC Act and the FTC's guides on endorsements and advertising in the United States, and the CAP and BCAP Codes enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in the UK, as well as any clearance rules for the medium (in the UK, for example, radio ads are usually cleared by Radiocentre before broadcast);

- you will follow the policies of every platform where you post or run the ad, including its rules on ads and on labeling AI-generated content (see the [AI disclosure](https://singingads.com/ai-disclosure));

- your use follows the [acceptable use policy](https://singingads.com/acceptable-use).

**Our claim checks are a help, not legal advice.** SingingAds writes claims only from words it finds on your page and flags health, money, result and comparison claims for you to check. It cannot know whether your page is true, complete or lawful, it can miss a problem, and it does not know the rules of every country, platform or industry. You decide what your ad says and where it runs, and you are responsible for that decision. If you are unsure, take advice from a qualified adviser before running the ad.

**If you use SingingAds for a business** and someone brings a claim against us because of your inputs, your product, the claims in your ad or the way you used an output in breach of these terms, you will compensate us for the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees that result. We will tell you about such a claim promptly and let you take part in the response. This does not apply to the extent that we caused the problem.

## 11. Your outputs: ownership and license

"Outputs" are what SingingAds makes for you: briefs, lyrics, songs, images, frames, clips, captions and finished videos.

- As between you and us, you own whatever rights exist in your outputs, and we claim none, except the limited license in section 9 to operate the service.

- To the extent we hold any rights in an output, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit and publish it, for any lawful purpose, including commercially: in ads, on social media, websites, radio and podcasts, in your own business or for your clients. No royalties or further fees are due to us.

- The license covers outputs made with plan or pack credits, and it continues after your plan ends or your account is closed, for outputs made while you were within these terms. It does not cover an output made or used in breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy.

- If you make ads for clients, you may pass these rights on to your client for the ads you made for them.

## 12. What we do not promise about outputs

- **No promise of results.** We do not promise that an ad will be approved by a platform, reach anyone, get views, clicks or sales, or perform better than any other ad.

- **Outputs can resemble other works.** AI output can by chance resemble existing music, lyrics, melodies, images, characters or brands, and other users can receive similar outputs. We do not promise that an output is unique, original or free of third-party rights. Check an output before you use it, and do not use one that worries you.

- **Copyright in AI output is unsettled.** In some countries, material generated entirely by AI is not protected by copyright, so you may not be able to stop others from copying an output. In the UK the law on computer-generated works is under review. We do not promise that copyright or any other right protects your outputs.

- **Accuracy.** Lyrics, captions and briefs are generated by AI and can contain mistakes, including a mispronounced or misspelled name. Read and listen to every output before you publish it.

## 13. Acceptable use, real artists and voices

You must follow the [acceptable use policy](https://singingads.com/acceptable-use). In particular, SingingAds does not clone voices and does not imitate real singers, bands, songs or famous characters, and you must not try to make it do so, for example by naming a real artist, uploading someone's voice or asking for a known melody or lyric. The model providers we use run their own safety filters and may refuse a request; their usage rules, including Google's [Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy](https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy), apply to your use of SingingAds as well.

## 14. Watermarks and AI labels

Every song made with SingingAds carries Google's SynthID watermark, an inaudible mark that identifies the audio as AI-generated. Images and video made with Google's models may carry SynthID too. Do not remove, alter or hide these marks, and do not use SingingAds to make content that pretends not to be AI-generated. When you publish, label AI-generated content wherever the law or a platform requires it. The [AI disclosure](https://singingads.com/ai-disclosure) explains what is AI-generated and how the main platforms ask you to label it.

## 15. Notice and takedown, and repeat infringers

If you believe something made or shared with SingingAds infringes your rights (copyright, trade mark, image, voice or likeness), send us a notice through the [contact form](https://singingads.com/contact) with: your name and contact details; what you own or represent; what the content is and where it is (a link or a description); why you believe it infringes; and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

We review notices promptly. We may remove or disable the content, suspend the account while we look into it, and ask the user for a response. A user who believes content was removed by mistake can reply with their reasons and evidence, and a person will review it. We close the accounts of users who infringe repeatedly. Sending a notice you know to be false may make you liable for the harm it causes.

## 16. Availability and changes to the service

SingingAds depends on model and infrastructure providers, and it will change. We may add, change, replace or retire models, features, looks, lengths and languages, and change credit costs for future steps. We do not promise that a particular model stays available or that the same input gives the same result later. The service may sometimes be slow, interrupted or unavailable, for example for maintenance or because a provider is down. SingingAds is not a backup service: download the outputs you want to keep.

If a change removes something important that you have paid for and not yet used, we will tell you in advance where we can, and you may cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period you paid for, or for unused pack credits.

## 17. Suspension and ending the contract

You can end the contract at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your account in your account settings. Deleting your account cancels your plan so it does not renew, deletes your ads and files (see the [privacy notice](https://singingads.com/privacy) for timings) and removes any credits left, including pack credits. It cannot be undone, so use or download what you want first.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the acceptable use policy, do not pay, put other people or the service at risk, or if the law or a provider requires it. We give notice and a chance to put things right where that is reasonable, and act at once in serious cases such as illegal content, fraud or abuse. If we close an account for a serious breach, we refund only what the law requires. If we close it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current plan period and unused pack credits at the price you paid.

Sections 9 to 12, 19, 21 and 22 continue after the contract ends.

## 18. Third-party services

SingingAds links to and works with services we do not control, such as Stripe at checkout and the platforms where you post your ads. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

## 19. Our responsibility to you

**What we never exclude.** Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to a service carried out with reasonable care and skill and to digital content that is as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If digital content we supply is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

**If you are a consumer**, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. SingingAds is a business tool, so we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, lost sales or business interruption. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

**If you use SingingAds for a business**, then to the extent the law allows: the service and outputs are provided "as is", and we exclude all terms implied by law about quality or fitness for purpose; we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including a failure at a model, hosting or payment provider.

## 20. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us first through the [contact form](https://singingads.com/contact), so that we can put it right. If we cannot settle a complaint, we will tell you in writing and say whether an alternative dispute resolution provider could consider it. You can also go to court under section 22.

## 21. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms to reflect changes in the law, the service, our providers' terms or our prices. The date at the top shows the current version. For a change that matters, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or a security problem needs a faster change. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect, and we refund any period you paid for beyond that date and, if you ask, unused pack credits bought before the change. If you keep using SingingAds after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.

## 22. Governing law, courts and general terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. Consumers may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, in their local courts if they live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, or in the courts of their home country where the law gives them that right. Business customers agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may transfer this contract to an organization that takes over SingingAds, without reducing your rights. You may not transfer it without our written agreement. Nobody else has rights under it. If a court finds part of it invalid, the rest still applies. If we delay enforcing a term, we can still enforce it later.
