How SingingAds works

Six steps from a product page address to a vertical video ad that sings. You can read and change everything it writes before anything is sung or drawn.

Updated

The six steps

  1. Paste a page

You paste the address of a product page (or describe the product if it has no page yet).

  2. It reads the page

SingingAds reads the page: the product name, what it does, the price and the photos.

  3. It writes the brief

It writes a short brief: one buyer, the moment the problem shows up, three opening lines to choose from, and the claims it will sing. Every claim must be copied from words on your page; anything it cannot find there is left out and you are told.

  4. It writes and sings the jingle

It writes the jingle lyrics to the exact length of the ad (15, 30 or 60 seconds) and sings them with an AI voice, with the brand name spelled the way it should sound.

  5. It draws the shots

It storyboards one shot per sung line, draws a consistent 3D, anime or clay character with your product in frame, and animates the shots you choose.

  6. It cuts the video

It cuts a 9:16 video to the song with word-by-word captions, an offer card and an end card with your web address. You download an MP4 and the song as an audio file.

You approve every word

You can edit the brief, the claims, the lyrics and how the brand name is sung before anything is made, change any shot's words, redraw a frame, and choose which shots move. Rewriting the brief or lyrics costs nothing.

How long it takes

The brief and lyrics take about 10 to 30 seconds. The song takes about one minute. Drawing the storyboard takes a few minutes, and animating and putting the video together usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how many shots you animate.

What comes out

A 9:16 vertical MP4, 1080 x 1920, with burned-in captions; the song also downloads on its own. Lengths: 15, 30, 60 seconds. Looks: 3D animation, Anime, Clay. Sites and support are in English. Jingles can be written and sung in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian; English has had the most testing.

The models behind it

The music is made with Google's Lyria music model; pictures and motion are made with Google's image and video models. Every song carries Google's SynthID watermark, an inaudible mark that identifies AI-generated audio.

Platforms such as TikTok, Meta and YouTube ask you to label realistic AI-generated content. Our videos are animated (3D, anime or clay), and we recommend turning the AI label on when you post.

What it can't do

  • It does not clone voices or imitate real singers, bands or songs.
  • It does not show real people, children or famous characters; the character is an animated adult.
  • It cannot read pages that show nothing without JavaScript or that block robots; describe the product instead.
  • The music model sometimes refuses a made-up brand name sung many times (it treats it like an artist name); SingingAds sings the name at most three times and lets you respell it.
  • Lip-sync and talking avatars are not part of it: the song carries the words, the pictures tell the story.
  • It does not post or buy ads for you.

Questions about the process

What do I need to start?

The address of a product page. If the product has no page yet, you can describe it instead: its name, what it does and who it is for.

Which pages can it read?

Most shop and product pages that show their text without JavaScript. It cannot read pages that show nothing without JavaScript or that block robots; describe the product instead.

How long does one ad take?

The brief and lyrics take about 10 to 30 seconds. The song takes about one minute. Drawing the storyboard takes a few minutes, and animating and putting the video together usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, depending on how many shots you animate.

Can I change a shot I do not like?

Yes. You can change any shot's words, redraw a frame and choose which shots move. Shots you do not animate stay as stills with a slow push-in.

Can the ad show real people or lip-sync?

No. It does not show real people, children or famous characters; the character is an animated adult. Lip-sync and talking avatars are not part of it: the song carries the words, the pictures tell the story.

Which languages can the jingle be in?

Sites and support are in English. Jingles can be written and sung in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian; English has had the most testing.
