Refund and cancellation policy

In short. Cancel a plan in two clicks in Billing; you keep it until the period ends. Ask within 14 days and get your money back in full if you have used no credit from that purchase. Failed steps give their credits back automatically. Faulty results are covered by your legal rights.
1. What you can buy
- Monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Agency): credits every month, renewing monthly until you cancel.
- One-time credit packs (One ad (40 credits) and Five ads (180 credits)): a single payment, credits that never expire, nothing renews.
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may convert the amount into your currency and charge its own fees.
2. Cancelling a plan
Go to Billing in your account, choose "Cancel plan" and confirm. That is two clicks, and you never need to phone or email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for, and then the plan credits end. Pack credits stay. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period. The 14-day rule below, faults (section 6) and the law can.
3. The 14-day refund, and when it ends
You can cancel any purchase (a new plan or a pack) within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund, as long as you have used no credit from that purchase. This is the legal right of consumers under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we apply the same rule to business customers.
Credits are digital content that we supply as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask us to start immediately and confirm that you understand you lose the right to cancel once you use a credit from that purchase (regulation 37 of the Regulations). So once a credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is no longer refundable under the 14-day right.
How we tell which credits you used:
- Plan credits are always spent before pack credits. A pack's credits count as used only once your plan credits have run out.
- Credits that came back after a failed step do not count as used.
- A monthly renewal is not a new purchase and does not start a new 14-day period, unless the law where you live says it does.
4. Examples
- You buy the One ad pack (40 credits). Two days later you change your mind and have made nothing. You ask for a refund: we refund it in full.
- You buy the Five ads pack (180 credits) and make one jingle take with 4 of its credits. The 14-day right has ended for that pack, so it is not refundable, and the remaining credits stay in your account and never expire.
- You start Starter, make a jingle take and the song fails. Its credits come back automatically. You have used no credit, so within 14 days you can still cancel for a full refund.
- You start Starter, make two ads in the first week, then cancel. The first payment is not refundable, because credits from it were used. You keep the plan and its remaining credits until the end of the month, and it does not renew.
- You are on a plan and buy a pack. Your plan still has credits, so the next steps spend plan credits, and the pack's credits are untouched. Within 14 days of buying the pack you can cancel it for a full refund of the pack.
5. Failed steps refund automatically
If a song, frame, clip or final render fails, for example because a model provider refuses the request, returns an error or does not finish in time, every credit that step took comes back to the balance it came from. You do not need to ask. The app shows the refund in your credit history. These are refunds of credits, not of money.
A result you do not like is not a failed step, because credits pay for the work and not for a particular result. Rewriting the brief and lyrics is free, so you can try another take.
6. If something is faulty
If a file is faulty (for example silent, cut short, corrupted or unplayable), or SingingAds did not do what we said it would, tell us through the contact form. We will make it again or return the credits. If that is not possible or does not fix the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you these rights for digital content and services, and nothing in this policy reduces them.
7. How to ask for a refund
Use the contact form, choose the billing topic, and give the email address of your account and the purchase you want to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To cancel within the 14 days, your message just needs to reach us before the 14 days end.
We refund to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. When we refund a purchase, we remove the credits it added (or what is left of them) from your account.
8. Model cancellation form
Only fill this in if you want to cancel within the 14 days.

- Ordered on:

9. Chargebacks
If you see a charge you do not recognize or agree with, contact us first: we can usually sort it out faster than a bank. If you open a chargeback, we may pause the account while the bank looks into it. If a chargeback is made for a valid charge, we may close the account. Nothing here limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
10. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights. If you live outside the UK, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country. In the UK, Citizens Advice gives free advice on consumer rights. The full rules are in sections 5 to 8 of the terms of service.
