A Black Friday video ad for your shop

Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November, the day after Thanksgiving (Thursday 26 November), and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. To get a Black Friday video ad, put the offer on your product or sale page, then paste that page into SingingAds. It writes a jingle that sings the discount your page shows, and cuts a vertical video with an offer card for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Put the offer on the page first

The page with your sale goes in; SingingAds writes and sings a jingle about it and edits a 9:16 video; you get an MP4 ad with an offer card plus the song. It never adds a price or a promise that is not on your page, and you approve every line first.

That rule matters most in November. If your page still shows the regular price, the ad cannot sing "30% off". So update the product or collection page with the Black Friday offer, even as a draft page, before you make the ad. Then the song, the captions and the offer card all match what shoppers see when they tap.

A timeline for 2026

  • Week of 9 November: pick the hero products and write the offer on the pages.
  • Week of 16 November: make the ads. A 15 second ad per hero product, plus one 30 second "whole sale" ad.
  • Monday 23 to Thursday 26 November: run the early access or "starts Friday" version if your page says that.
  • Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November: the main offer ads.
  • Monday 30 November: a Cyber Monday version with its own line and end card.

After that, switch to holiday ads with your shipping cutoff.

Make ads early. Platforms review ads before they run, and the last week is busy for everyone.

What a Black Friday jingle should sing

Every feed is full of "SALE" in red. A sung ad stands out by being specific: the product, the number, the day. "The blue wool throw, forty off, Friday to Monday" beats "huge savings storewide". Keep the discount to one number per ad. Selling something new this season? A launch ad and a sale ad are different songs. SingingAds flags money and comparison claims like "lowest price of the year" for you to check, since you need to be able to back that up.

Length and look for a sale

  • 15 seconds for each product: hook, product, offer, name.
  • 30 seconds for the sale as a whole, with two or three products in different shots.

The offer card at the end holds the discount and dates in writing. 3D looks crisp for products; clay feels cozy for gift shops. Compare on examples and check credits on pricing.

Where the click should land

A sung ad that names one product should open on that product, with the sale price showing, not on your homepage. For the 30 second "whole sale" ad, send people to a single Black Friday collection page. The end card shows your web address, so a short, readable path like your domain plus "/sale" helps people who type it in later. Check the page on a phone: if the discount only appears at checkout, shoppers who heard "forty off" in the song may think it is missing and leave. Put the number near the price where the eye lands.

Before it goes live

  • Does the sung discount match the page and the checkout?
  • Are the end date and time zone correct?
  • Is there a Cyber Monday version, or will the Friday ad keep saying "Friday" on Monday?
  • Turn off the ad when the sale ends; urgency must be real.

Illustrative example: Black Friday brief and 15 second lyrics

Brambleby Wool Co. (fictional). Page says: "Black Friday: 40% off merino throws, Friday 27 to Monday 30 November". Buyer: someone hunting for a gift for a parent who is always cold.

  • Mom is always cold, you know the scene,
  • Brambleby throws, soft merino green,
  • Forty off, Friday through Monday night,
  • Brambleby Wool, wrap it up right.

Offer card: "40% off merino throws, 27 to 30 Nov".

What it can't do

  • It will not sing a discount that is not on your page, so a late page update means a late ad.
  • It does not post, schedule or turn off ads; you manage the run dates.
  • It does not set up the sale in your store.

What it costs

From $15 for one ad, or $29 a month for about 4 thirty-second video ads. A jingle take costs 4 credits; a typical 30-second video ad about 26. There is no free tier and no free sample.

Questions

When is Black Friday 2026?

Friday 27 November 2026, the day after Thanksgiving on Thursday 26 November. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026.

Can I make the ad before my sale page is ready?

You can describe the product and offer instead of pasting a page. The words should still match what your page will say on the day.

Should I make a separate Cyber Monday ad?

Yes. A sung "Friday" line sounds wrong on Monday. Make a version that sings "Cyber Monday" or "ends tonight" if that is true.

How many Black Friday ads should a small shop make?

Two to five is plenty: one per hero product at 15 seconds and one 30 second sale ad.

Will it add a countdown or "only 3 left"?

No. It does not add urgency or stock claims that are not on your page.
