SingingAds vs Revid for singing product ads

Revid and SingingAds both turn a product page into a short ad carried by an original jingle. As of 17 Oct 2026, Revid's AI Song Ad Generator casts one performer who sings the hook on camera and exports in four aspect ratios. SingingAds uses one fictional character in a realistic or animated look, fixed 15, 30 or 60 second lengths in 9:16, and flags risky claims before anything is made.

What Revid's song ad tool does, in its own words

Revid's tool page (read 17 Oct 2026) describes a three-step flow. You name the product or its page in the prompt, or upload product photos. Revid reads the page for the name, the promise, the key points, the offer and the call to action, and says it writes the jingle "from those facts only". You pick a style, from upbeat pop to rap, country or soft acoustic, and a target duration. You can also paste lyrics you already wrote.

The video side is where the two products differ most. Revid casts one performer for the whole ad and generates the singing shots with the song as the audio reference, "so the mouth follows the vocal". The rest is silent product B-roll, word-synced lyric captions and a packshot end card with your tagline. Its FAQ says most jingles land between 30 and 45 seconds and the song is never cut, so the ad is as long as the track. Export comes in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9.

Side by side

  • Starting point: Revid takes a product page, photos or both. SingingAds takes a product page address, or a typed description if the page cannot be read.
  • Who sings on screen: Revid shows a generated performer lip-syncing the hook. SingingAds shows a fictional adult character, realistic or animated, with your product in frame; the song carries the words and nobody lip-syncs.
  • Look: Revid's page describes a cast performer plus product B-roll. SingingAds offers six looks: realistic cinematic, phone-style UGC or studio product footage, or 3D, anime or clay animation.
  • Length: Revid follows the track, usually 30 to 45 seconds. SingingAds writes the lyrics to exactly 15, 30 or 60 seconds.
  • Formats: Revid exports four aspect ratios. SingingAds exports one: a 1080 x 1920 MP4 with burned-in captions, plus the song as its own audio file.
  • Claims: both say they write from the page. SingingAds also shows you the list of claims it will sing, tells you what it left out, and flags health, money, result or comparison claims for you to check.
  • Beyond the ad: Revid's plans include publishing to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, 100+ video tools and voiceovers in 70+ languages. SingingAds makes ads only and does not post them for you.

When Revid is the better pick

  • You want a human-looking singer on camera. That is the core of Revid's format and something SingingAds deliberately does not do.
  • You need square, 4:5 or landscape cuts from the same project for feed or YouTube placements.
  • You want one subscription that also schedules and publishes posts, runs automated "Auto-Mode" workers, and makes other kinds of video.

If you are unsure which look your buyers respond to, watch our example ads next to Revid's showcase.

When SingingAds fits better

  • You buy ad slots by length. A 15-second retargeting cut and a 30-second prospecting cut are written as different songs, not trimmed versions of one track.
  • You would rather not have a synthetic singer mouth the words. In SingingAds nobody lip-syncs, the character is always fictional, and an animated look reads clearly as animation. Switch on the platform's AI label either way.
  • Your product page makes claims you are nervous about (skincare, supplements, finance). You read and edit the brief, the claims and every lyric before the song is made, and rewriting them costs nothing.
  • You want to try one ad before committing. SingingAds sells a one-ad pack as well as monthly plans; see pricing.

What each costs, as of 17 Oct 2026

Revid's pricing FAQ lists Growth at USD 39 a month (USD 32 a month billed yearly) with 2,000 AI credits, and Ultra at USD 199 a month (USD 166 billed yearly) with 12,000 credits. Its song ad FAQ says the credit cost is shown before you generate and depends on length and video quality. Plan credits refill rather than roll over; one-time Credit Boost packs start at USD 49 for 1,000 credits. SingingAds: From $15 for one ad, or $29 a month for about 4 thirty-second video ads. The how it works page shows what each step costs in credits.

Example brief and lyrics (illustrative)

Product: a reflective dog raincoat from Puddle Pup Outfitters, a made-up shop. Buyer: someone walking a dog before sunrise in the rain. Claims taken from the page: reflective trim, machine washable, five sizes. Length: 15 seconds, clay look.

Dark road, cold rain, he's glowing in the gloom, / Puddle Pup, reflective, machine wash, five sizes, zoom.

Run the same page through Revid and compare the two hooks on mute and with sound. If the performer version wins on your audience, use it. If the clay version is close, it may be the easier pick for brands that avoid realistic people in ads.

What it can't do

  • SingingAds exports 9:16 only; if you need square or landscape versions, Revid offers them from one project.
  • There is no on-camera singer or lip-sync in SingingAds ads; the character never mouths the words.
  • SingingAds does not publish to your accounts or run automations; you download the MP4 and post it yourself.

What it costs

Questions

Does Revid make singing ads from a product page?

Yes. As of 17 Oct 2026 its AI Song Ad Generator takes a product page or photos, writes a jingle, generates the song and has one performer sing the hook on camera, with B-roll, captions and an end card.

Which one is cheaper for a single ad?

Revid sells monthly plans and credit packs; its song ad cost in credits depends on length and quality. SingingAds has a one-ad pack from $15, so you can try one without a subscription.

Can I use my own lyrics in both?

Revid has a tab for pasting a jingle you wrote. In SingingAds you edit the generated lyrics line by line before the song is made, so you can replace them entirely.

Can I run the result as a radio spot?

SingingAds ads come with the song as a separate audio file, and our terms allow radio and podcast use. Revid's pages describe video exports; check its terms for audio-only use.

Who owns the finished ad?

Revid's FAQ says you own the content you create with it. SingingAds lets you use what you make in ads, social, websites, radio and podcasts, for your business or a client's, with no royalties.
